Andrew is a proven leader in the crop protection industry with a career spanning sales, research and development and global management.
Andrew’s focus is on creating good chemistry by expanding Agrisource’s brand portfolio and forging strong customer and supplier relationships. When he’s not out in the field, you’ll often find Andrew on the sidelines, supporting his three boys in rugby, rowing and equestrian. A keen golfer and fisherman, Andrew loves a good BBQ and has a knack for a great reverse sear steak.
Michael has held senior operations and director level roles in horticulture and crop protection for over 20 years. As Head of Operations at Agrisource, he’s involved in every aspect of the business, from procurement and sales, to logistics and governance. Outside of work, Michael balances his enthusiasm for craft beer with a passion for fitness, enjoying time with family and working with local community groups and clubs.
Darren is responsible for exploring and developing growth opportunities for Agrisource. He also oversees the company’s research and development programme and works with our amazing local and international suppliers. The agri-chemical industry never stands still, and neither does Darren who makes being active in the outdoors a priority.
Zack heads up business development and customer relations within our Arable and Pastoral product portfolio and pipeline. Outside of work, Zack keeps busy enjoying time with his young family and when time and weather permit, he can be found spending time above and below the water fishing and diving.
